Hose Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (Milwaukee, WI)
Pay: From $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, First Shift
Location: On-site – Milwaukee, WI 53224

What You’ll Do:

  • Build custom and standard industrial hose assemblies per work orders

  • Safely use pneumatic, hand, and electric tools during production

  • Retrieve, measure, and cut hose materials accurately

  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and precision

  • Perform various safety and performance tests on finished products

  • Record production details accurately and keep work areas clean and organized

  • Operate both stand up and sit down forklifts as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2–5 years of assembly experience (hose experience preferred)

  • Solid understanding of measuring tools such as tape measurers or calipers

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs on a frequent basis

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset

  • Team player who can also work independently and adapt to changing priorities
