As an Import Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the flow of international shipments, ensuring goods move smoothly, accurately, and on time. You’ll work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to keep processes efficient and clients satisfied.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and track import shipments from origin to destination
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers
Resolve shipment issues quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements
What You Bring:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
