Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive helpdesk support and expert training to end users
- Source, set up, and resolve issues with Windows computers and other equipment
- Troubleshoot software issues and deliver efficient first-level support
- Collaborate with headquarters IT to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Manage account licenses and permissions across Office 365 and various cloud services
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by promptly assigning new permissions to new employees
- Innovate processes to streamline IT onboarding for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:
- Possess 1-5 years of experience in IT or hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in IT support
- Solid knowledge of current operating systems like Windows and Office 365, alongside familiarity with emerging technologies
- Experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining workstations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a determination to find solutions through research and innovation
- Proactive ownership of challenges, driving improvements as the company grows
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across all departments and support non-technical users effectively
- Hands-on mentality, ready to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Willingness to occasionally work beyond regular hours to ensure timely problem resolution
