We’re seeking a people-focused HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to employee support and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact across the organization.
Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records
Support and administer HR programs and initiatives
Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding
Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day HR support
Maintain organizational charts and project listings
Stay current on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices
Support special projects as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
HR Generalist or related HR experience
High integrity with strong confidentiality standards
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
1+ year of HR experience preferred
SHRM-CP a plus
Valid driver’s license
