Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in administrative tasks, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate on boarding and off boarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Support performance management processes by tracking evaluations and employee feedback.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR-related events.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
