HR Coordinator – Make an Impact Every Day
Join a fast-moving, people-focused HR team where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through engagement. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for HR inquiries, handle key employment processes, and partner across departments to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Be a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for internal and external HR questions.
Own the onboarding experience — I-9s, background checks, employment records, and the details that make new hires feel welcome.
Process job changes and terminations with accuracy and communicate updates to the right teams.
Partner with payroll, accounting, and our HRIS vendor to improve systems, troubleshoot issues, and support better workflows.
Support recruiting by preparing job offers and posting part-time positions.
Assist the HR team with employee engagement efforts, Herziversaries, and managing company swag inventory.
Maintain HR checklists and SharePoint pages while supporting performance review and performance management processes.
Lead New Hire Orientation for Adjunct and FWS employees.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Create reports in UKG and Excel; track key HR programs like referrals, check-ins, and benefits initiatives.
Support trainings, policy updates, mail distribution, and other HR projects as needed.

High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
