Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Production Assembly Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves assembling industrial components according to specifications, using hand tools and equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble industrial products and components following work instructions.
Measure, prepare, and fit materials to required specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process.
Read and follow work orders and production documents.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
