Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Hose Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling industrial hoses and fittings according to customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble hoses and fittings according to work orders and blueprints.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect finished assemblies for quality, pressure test as needed, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and inventory levels.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Assist with shipping/receiving and other general warehouse duties as required.
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
