About the Role:
Do you have quick hands, sharp eyes, and the drive to keep up with the pace? Our packaging lines move fast—really fast—and we need a Machine Operator who’s ready to keep things running smoothly. If you love the idea of working with powerful machines, solving little problems before they become big ones, and being the heartbeat of production, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
Run high-speed packaging machines like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
Keep an eagle eye on quality—making sure every package looks perfect.
Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep things moving without a hitch.
Team up with co-workers to hit production goals and keep the line flowing.
Stay on top of safety and cleanliness so the floor runs like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Mechanical skills or curiosity—if you like fixing things, you’ll fit right in.
Attention to detail (because one tiny tweak can make all the difference).
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet during your shift.
A team player who’s reliable, focused, and ready to learn.
