About the Role
We’re hiring a Production Associate to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating equipment, supporting production lines, maintaining quality standards, and keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized. Ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

  • Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment

  • Follow safety procedures and production standards at all times

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Support other departments or tasks as needed based on production demand
What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse preferred

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, moving materials)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy, industrial environment

  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
