Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

duties may be assigned as needed.
        • Operate and monitor various presses.
        • Load trays of product and feed them onto a conveyor belt system or loading them into
          industrial ovens.
        • Perform basic quality checks on all parts produced from various presses to ensure compliance with
         established drawings and specifications.
        • Make frequent adjustments and recalibrations to various pieces of equipment to ensure safe and quality
         operations.
        • Operate overhead hoist equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
        • Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) entering data into charts.
        • Load trays into retort furnaces.
        • Proactively obtain materials and supplies from Hardware or Plate Stock to maintain efficient production
         levels.


Requirements
        • Experience operating various presses and/or machines required.
        • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
        • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and utilize technical information.
        • Ability to successfully read and utilize inspection and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers,
         protractors and ruler).
        • Ability to read and understand shop orders and blueprints.
        • Requires being able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
        • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

         parts.

        • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or                            diagram form.
        • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
