Join Our Logistics as a Freight Utility Specialist!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a Freight Utility Specialist to support critical shipping and freight operations. If you thrive in a team setting and enjoy solving problems on the fly, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, truckload, expedited)
Process production orders and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
Provide freight quotes and manage shipping costs in Acumatica and TMS
Troubleshoot delivery issues and help resolve time-sensitive challenges
Support international orders, freight claims, and invoice audits
Assist sales with bid invites and contribute to team projects
Provide backup for LTL and OS&D Freight team members

Ryan is a driven professional who recently transitioned from a successful background in athletics to the staffing industry. Formerly a college soccer coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College, he now channels his passion for mentorship and connection into helping individuals find the right career opportunities. His coaching experience has sharpened his ability to recognize potential, build strong relationships, and foster growth in every client and candidate interaction.
Outside of work, Ryan stays active by working out and spending time with friends around the Milwaukee area. He also continues to share his love for the game by coaching two travel teams at Elmbrook United Soccer Club.
