Forklift Operator
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production areas.

Inspect and perform safety checks on equipment before and after use.

Maintain inventory integrity by accurately recording product movement.

Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.

Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organizing materials.

Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards to the supervisor.

Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

Familiarity with warehouse practices and inventory systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
