Financial Administrative Assistant
Boutique style financial services firm is looking to add to their administrative support team. They have an amazing culture and family atmosphere. In this role you would be responsible for supporting a group of 10-12 Financial Advisors.
This role would work with Advisors on client reporting and research, order processing, database management, meeting preparation, client scheduling and other client and administrative projects.
They are looking for someone that has an interest in learning more about the financial industry and truly growing with the organization.
2-5 years of administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
