Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join a growing, team-focused company dedicated to creating backyard experiences that customers love. This role offers a unique opportunity to work outdoors year-round while providing hands-on service and support to customers. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers, preparing repair estimates, completing service documentation, and ordering necessary parts.
This is a full-time, year-round position that offers clients with an assortment of support and services throughout the year. This provides variety in your work and an opportunity to be part of creative, seasonal projects.

Krystyna recently took the exciting step of beginning her professional journey after graduating from the University of Alabama in the summer of 2025 with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Hatch as an ELITE Intern, eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Outside of her work Krystyna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two one-year-old German Shepherds. She is excited about this new step in her career and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to everything she does.
