Fabrication Technician - Industrial Sewing & Manufacturing
Put your sewing, fabrication, and mechanical skills to work! We’re seeking a hands-on Fabrication Technician II to manufacture durable products used in construction and environmental applications. In this role, you’ll read work orders and diagrams, measure and cut materials, select the proper supplies, and operate specialized mobile sewing equipment to create custom panels, tubes, and other fabricated products.
You’ll be responsible for inspecting your work for quality, completing material-usage paperwork, performing basic equipment maintenance, and following all safety procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, detail-oriented work and takes pride in building quality products from start to finish.
What we’re looking for:
Manufacturing, fabrication, industrial sewing, or related hands-on experience
Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, work orders, and written instructions
Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail
Forklift experience or willingness to maintain forklift certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
