Job Description

Highly reputable, well-established, innovative organization is looking to add to their Executive Assistant team. They are looking for a high-energy, growth-oriented, innovative individual to directly support their Executive VP. Looking for someone who can take an idea, bring structure to it, and drive it forward. Value strong judgement, initiative, and prioritization.

Responsibilities include:

Anticipating executive needs and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings, presentations, customer interactions and other key activities
Support the technology platform for the leadership teams, coordinating leadership meetings, business reviews, planning activities, and follow-up
Prepare executive communication, presentations, business reviews, briefings, and meeting materials, bring together multiple leaders
Coordinate domestic travel, executive meetings, customer interactions, off-sites, and events, managing details
Handle confidential and sensitive business matters with exceptional discretion and judgement
Utilization of AI, automation, and other technology to improve executive preparation, communication, and workflows

Job Requirements

5+ years of Executive or Senior-level administrative support
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and comfort with AI-enabled tools, and virtual platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience providing executive support to senior executives
Experience with dashboards or reporting tools such as Power BI
