Extremely reputable, highly family-oriented firm is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support their President/CEO with daily support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Protect and maintain confidential and sensitive client and firm information.
- Welcome and receive clients and personal visitors.
- Review, organize and respond as may be appropriate to incoming email.
- Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
- Assist in preparing materials needed for CEO/President’s daily appointments.
- Make meeting, travel and other reservations.
- Assist with preparing speech and presentation materials for conferences and meetings.
- Coordinate monthly board and practice management committee meetings as it relates to meeting space, invitations, lunches, dinners, etc.
- Prepare, maintain and distribute board meeting and other executive meeting agendas and files.
- Attend monthly board meetings and takes and transcribes meeting minutes.
- Maintain certain corporate documents.
- Provide occasional administrative support as requested by the President to members of the Board of Directors.
