Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience in architecture, design, or a related industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
