This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience in architecture, design, or a related industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with project coordination and office administration
Qualifications:
3+ years of executive support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
