Well established marketing firm is looking for someone to manage all of their event scheduling. They need someone who is good at putting the puzzle pieces together, pulling those final details needed before events. May require some evenings and weekends for some seasonal events.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and schedule staff for all events
- Assist with recruiting initiatives and actively contribute to strategic recruitment planning
- Manage and review employee attendance and time keeping, review schedule availability
- Develop and prepare work schedules for event staff
- Communicate schedules to employees utilizing scheduling software
- Ensure accurate timekeeping by adjusting and correcting any missing hours
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in job fairs and other hiring initiatives
- Assist in coordinating the training needed
- Participate in management meetings and strategic planning
