Event Coordinator

Job Description

Opportunity to work for well established Milwaukee grown company with a great reputation and culture. As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team with event execution.  Your schedule would consist of Tuesday - Saturday 8-4:30pm with occasional nights and holidays based on events.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and coordinate all staffing for catering events 
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives and planning 
  • Manage employee attendance, time keeping, and schedule availability each week 
  • Manage online scheduling and develop work schedules for all event staff
  • Communicate schedules to team to ensure 100% event coverage 
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping, reviewing punches and correcting any missing hours 
  • Assist in coordinating training programs for appropriate events 
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings 
  • Assist with on-site support at major events during high-volume weekends 

Job Requirements

Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior scheduling experience 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
