Well established, growing manufacturing company with opportunity for growth is looking to add to their Engineering team. As the Process Engineer you will develop and manage capital projects, equipment installations, process improvement projects, plant safety and support new product introductions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Plant Manager in all aspects of running the Facility, Manufacturing and Warehouse operation
Work in conjunction with Plant Manager and VP of Operations develop and implement capital projects within established budget
Develop Procedures, Communicate and Train workforce in safe and reliable operations in both English and Spanish
Develop, Measure and Improve Safety, Efficiency, Cost and Quality metrics
Lead new product introductions in manufacturing
Work with Souring to develop packaging solutions for new products
Develop relationships with contractors and service providers. Work with sourcing to establish service agreements when appropriate.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
