We are seeking a Level 2 Assembly Team Member to play a vital role in assembling and packaging high-quality electronic equipment. This position is essential in helping us exceed production goals while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, work instructions, and verbal guidance to assemble components according to quality standards.
• Perform basic crimping for 28-2 gauge wire and larger to ensure secure connections.
• Handle kitting and bagging processes to prepare products for shipment.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Inspect and test parts during and after assembly to meet quality standards.
• Participate in IPC Training Modules to enhance skills and maintain industry compliance.
• Cross-train in different areas within the department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in packaging and spot-checking work for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Proficiency in using measuring devices such as rulers, micrometers, calipers, and scales.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work with precision tools and perform intricate assembly tasks.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, and handle materials.
• Frequent sitting and use of hands for detailed assembly work.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs as needed.
