If you’re a problem-solver, a team player, and passionate about all things electrical, this is the place for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Wire It Up! Assemble electrical components, circuits, and systems based on blueprints and schematics (think of it like putting together a high-tech puzzle).
- Test & Troubleshoot: Double-check your creations by testing them, finding issues (if any), and fixing them like a pro.
- Be the Connector: Install electrical parts such as switches, sensors, and circuit boards, ensuring everything is connected perfectly.
- Tools of the Trade: Master a variety of tools like hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to complete your tasks.
- Quality First: Inspect and verify every assembly to make sure it’s up to standard. We don’t cut corners!
- Team Player: Work closely with engineers and other cool folks to solve any technical challenges that come your way.

- Report Like a Boss: Keep accurate records of everything you do so we can track progress and improvements.
- Stay on Track: Meet production deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality.
What You’ll Need to Rock This Job:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) – bonus points if you’ve got a technical certificate or degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Experience in electrical assembly (you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the gear!).
- A solid understanding of electrical systems, components, and wiring – you should be able to make sense of technical diagrams and blueprints like a champ.
- Ability to wield hand tools, power tools, and soldering irons like a pro.
- Attention to detail – because nothing sparks joy like a perfectly assembled product.
- Strong problem-solving abilities – no challenge is too big!
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards – because we want everyone to stay safe while getting things done!
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds (muscles not required, but a plus!).
- Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for periods of time.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is a new challenge!
