Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards. Experience with soldering is highly desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of Electrical Components: Assemble electrical components, such as circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and other electronic devices, following detailed instructions and diagrams.

• Quality Control: Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications.

• Soldering (Preferred): Perform soldering tasks to connect components on circuit boards or other electronic devices. Experience with various soldering techniques is a significant advantage.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and any quality control checks performed.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to improve assembly processes and efficiency.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly techniques.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly work.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Soldering Experience: Previous experience with soldering techniques is highly preferred.

• Electronics Background: Familiarity with electronics or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
