Job Description: Electrical Assembly Technician

Overview:

The Electrical Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with electrical assembly, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble Electrical Components

   • Interpret and follow detailed diagrams, schematics, and instructions to assemble electrical components and systems accurately.

   • Ensure all assemblies meet required specifications and quality standards.

   • Perform basic crimping and soldering

2. Perform Testing

   • Conduct functional and performance tests on assembled components and systems to verify quality and reliability.

   • Record test results and report any inconsistencies or issues.

3. Troubleshoot Issues

   • Diagnose and resolve defects or malfunctions in electrical assemblies during and after production.

   • Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions.

4. Maintain Equipment

   • Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure efficiency and safety.

   • Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions.

5. Follow Safety Protocols

   • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

   • Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in electrical assembly or a related field.
