Job Description: Electrical Assembler

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams, ensuring high-quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components, such as circuit boards, wiring, and connectors, following technical blueprints and schematics.
• Solder, crimp, and wire electrical connections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect and test assembled components for proper functionality and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or wiring issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to identify and implement improvements in assembly processes.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical assembly preferred.
• Proven experience as an electrical assembler or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Experience with soldering and using hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• This position involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• May require lifting and handling of materials and components.
• Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
