Carry out electrical assembly and wiring tasks to build custom systems following engineering drawings, schematics, quality requirements, and safety protocols. Duties include control panel assembly, point to point wiring, cable routing, wire termination, installation of electrical components, and basic functional testing. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure each build is safe, efficient, and meets high performance standards.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assemble control panels and electrical systems per engineering drawings and schematics
2. Perform point-to-point wiring, routing, labeling, and termination
3. Install electrical components including sensors, switches, relays, terminals, and power supplies
4. Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring drawings
5. Verify wiring accuracy and workmanship through visual inspection and continuity checks
6. Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting
7. Identify and resolve assembly or quality issues, escalating as needed
8. Maintain accurate production documentation and job records
9. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support build efficiency and improvements
10. Follow all safety procedures and 5S standards
1. Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience:
· 1+ years of electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial wiring experience preferred.
3. Skills, Knowledge & Other:
· Demonstrates A Player Competencies: Aptitude, Alliance, Agility, Accountability, Awareness, and Anticipation
· Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong ownership mindset
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Kinetic)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
· Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
