What will you be doing:
We are seeking a detail oriented individual to support the Director of Operations on billing, invoicing, and general human resource support and other business management tasks. Other duties include: answering phones, ordering supplies, taking care of appropriate details for meetings, ordering lunches and ensuring hospitality of visitors is met.
- 1-2 years in a professional setting as a brand ambassador, office support or reception.
- Friendly, confident and credible professional passionate about building relationships.
