The Contract & Proposal Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation throughout the sales process. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of bids and contract packages while coordinating closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams. Key duties include drafting proposals, reviewing terms and pricing, tracking contract status, and maintaining organized records. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
