Now Hiring: Digital Print Operators (Entry-Level Friendly)
Lake Country Area | All 3 Shifts Available
We’re working with a growing print production company that’s adding to their team—and this is a great way to get your foot in the door.
No print experience needed. If you’ve got a solid work history, can follow instructions, and are willing to learn, they’ll train you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Running digital print machines to produce finished materials
• Following job tickets and pulling the right specs for each order
• Loading paper/materials and monitoring jobs as they run
• Pulling files from the system and making sure prints come out clean and accurate
• Troubleshooting minor issues and keeping things moving
• Basic machine upkeep (toner, cleaning, etc.)
• Tracking your work and helping keep production organized
You’ll also support other areas when needed—moving materials, keeping equipment clean, and helping the team stay on track.
What they’re looking for:
• Consistent work history
• Comfortable using computers and following instructions
• Attention to detail (quality matters here)
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role
This is a hands-on role in a production environment—on your feet, staying active, and working with a team that takes pride in what they produce.
If you’re looking for something stable with opportunity to build real skills, this is worth checking out.

After years as a touring musician, I felt the call to something new. In 2022, I made the leap into staffing and haven’t looked back since. What started as a career shift quickly became a passion, as I discovered my love for connecting with people from all walks of life. Building genuine relationships and helping candidates find roles where they can truly thrive is what drives me every day. For me, it’s about more than just filling positions — it’s about creating lasting connections that support both people and businesses alike.
When I’m not matching talent with opportunity, you’ll find me spending time with my wife, son, and our two dogs, Lenny and Roland. In my free time, I love heading out on camping trips, strumming my guitar, or getting lost in a classic Ken Burns documentary on PBS.
Please take a moment to verify your personal information and resume are up-to-date before you apply.
