Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Print Operator to join our production team. Reporting to the Digital Print Supervisor, this role is responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring digital print jobs to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. The operator will handle all aspects of the printing process —from loading materials to troubleshooting equipment —while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Review job tickets and follow specifications for each project.
• 
  Gather paper, substrates, and other materials needed to complete assigned jobs.
• 
  Load machines with paper or other media and verify proper setup.
• 
  Access files from the company server for printing and prepare them for production.
• 
  Unload printed output and prepare for finishing or distribution.
• 
  Diagnose and resolve minor machine or equipment issues during production.
• 
  Maintain accurate records in the production tracking system.
• 
  Perform basic machine upkeep such as replenishing toner, fuser oil, or other consumables.
• 
  Assist with large-format, roll-fed, or color printers when required.
• 
  Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• 
  Return unused supplies to inventory.
• 
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 
  Experience operating digital print equipment or the willingness to learn through training.
• 
  Basic mechanical skills to perform light troubleshooting and maintenance.
• 
  Ability to interpret work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain documentation.
• 
  Strong computer skills, including comfort with Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
• 
  Clear communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.
• 
  Strong math and problem-solving abilities to ensure precision and accuracy.
• 
  Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
