Customer Experience Specialist
Deliver outstanding support across every customer touchpoint—from inquiries and orders to troubleshooting and issue resolution. You’ll be the voice of our brand, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a smooth experience every time.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues, service needs, and product questions; escalate when needed.
Stay up to date on our medical products and technology to guide customers confidently.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions.
Recommend improvements that enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in customer service (medical device/manufacturing preferred).
Strong communicator and problem solver with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
Spanish speakers encouraged — bilingual is a plus.
