What will you be doing?
We are seeking a high detail-oriented and passionately communicative individual to join a customer service/sales support team.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional approach with customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquires for product, pricing, delivery, or any other requested information.
- Manage the operational functionality of online distributor accounts.
- Coordinate internal resources to quickly solve customer needs, requests and problems.
- Ability to establish quick rapport with customers.
- High-level of confidence with troubleshooting and investigating to resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks quickly and accurately
- High level proficiency of Excel.
