Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
