Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
Well established family-oriented organization who truly cares about their employees and treats them like a part of their team is looking for someone to with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to join their Customer Service team.
As the Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by answering questions on products and programs provided to customers
- Enter customer orders into the ERP customer database system including logistics
- Track order logistics and shipping status
- Resolve and follow-up on customer questions regarding products, logistics, and billing, etc. and make recommendations
- Provide support to the outside sales representatives
- Assist with marketing and additional project support assigned
Job Requirements
Prior Customer Service Experience or an Associate Degree in Marketing or Business a plus.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Microsoft Office knowledge. ERP software experience a plus.
