Hatch is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Oak Creek, WI.  The hours are M-F, 8am-5pmThe pay is $14-15, based on previous experience.  This is a temp-to-hire position with an employee owned company. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Detail orientated
  • Effective communication
  • Work in a team environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves customers by determining requirements, answering inquires and resolving customer needs
  • Accurately process customer transactions via fax, phone, email, etc  
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and improve goodwill of the organization
  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of products and how they work together
  • Provide accurate information regarding product availability and shipping status
  • Promptly manage the incoming calls of customers and ensure proper attention
  • Enter and manage customer orders within the expected time from receipt of the order to ensure timely shipments
  • Ensure the quality of orders by thoroughly inspecting data entry
  • Operate company programs/systems (CRM/GP)
  • Assist in special projects as needed
