Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Member Relationships: Handle day-to-day interactions with members, including tracking open items and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor Processes: Proactively oversee benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and prevent downstream issues.
- Respond to Queries: Provide quick and accurate responses to system and service-related questions.
- Follow-Up: Return missed calls and follow up on member inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Complete Inquiries: Address and resolve all member inquiries through phone or email to full satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Document and track all member interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work effectively with various teams within the company on different projects and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously build and update your knowledge of products and technology.
- Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Assist with Projects: Support project work, including application field mapping and system testing as needed.
- Seek Efficiency: Look for opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
