Customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our digital printing team. In this role, you will assist clients with their printing needs, provide quotes, process orders, and ensure high-quality service from start to finish. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot printing issues are essential. Prior experience in digital printing or a related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and order placement
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely and accurate job completion
