Job Description

What are we looking for?We are looking for someone for our client on the west side of Milwaukee that enjoys working with people and thrives on helping to solve their customers’problems!  If you are driven by building relationships with people and making sure that they leave your care with exactly what they needed, continue reading!  
This is an opportunity for an amazing customer service career and not just a job.  You will have the opportunity to work between internal departments and be the liaison for your customers.  The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and building relationships in a highly specialized industry.
What will you be doing?
  • Handle incoming requests from customers via phone, text and email
  • Respond to customer requests through their preferred means of communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries or services
  • Escalate issues that may arise to the appropriate individuals
  • Relationship building with customers
  • Handle invoicing and payments from customers
  • Support the field team with documentation of visits
  • Consult with internal team members to get resolution to customer issues and help troubleshoot
  • General office duties that come up

Job Requirements

What are the expectations of the position? 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills with customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
  • Outgoing personality to interface with internal and external customers
  • Takes pride in doing great work and being an integral member of the team
