Customer Experience Specialist – Deliver Excellence at Every Touchpoint

In this role, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, accurate, and informative while helping customers around the world get the medical products and support they need.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full customer experience, from pre-sales questions to post-sales support and issue resolution.
Respond to daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide timely product information, technical support, and troubleshooting to drive high satisfaction.
Resolve complaints and coordinate repairs or training needs, escalating when necessary.
Stay informed on medical products, technologies, and industry trends to better support customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, order history, and communication logs.
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to quickly resolve issues and streamline service.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Support additional projects and responsibilities to contribute to team success.
What You Bring:
2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or medical device industry a plus).
Strong communicator who can clearly explain complex information.
Problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
A dependable, positive team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
