Our client specializes in benefits support.  They have the best-in-class software to respond to their client's needs, very innovative.  They are looking to add to their customer support team.  Responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with members, opening and resolving questions 
  • Monitoring benefit and technology administration processes 
  • Follow up to system questions 
  • Complete all member inquiries throughout the process 
  • Additional projects that arise
