Member Happiness Hero - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with members, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture day-to-day relationships with members, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Issue Resolution: Open and resolve member questions, ensuring thorough and timely follow-up until all issues are satisfactorily addressed.
  • Process Monitoring: Oversee benefit and technology administration processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • System Support: Follow up on system-related questions, providing clear and accurate information to members.
  • Inquiry Completion: Handle all member inquiries throughout the entire process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the member.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in additional projects as they arise, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
