Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures during interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
