Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and ready to dive into the world of print and digital media? We're looking for a dedicated Document Control Associate to join our team!
General Summary: The Document Control Associate will set up and proof print and digital media items for clients across multiple systems. 
Essential Duties:
  • Collaborate directly with clients to proof new and existing items in OP.
  • Identify print specifications and create Bills of Materials (BOM) from print files.
  • Work closely with internal departments and Digital Print on proofs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage multiple projects at various stages of production simultaneously.
  • Upload files to customer-facing sites for client review and approval.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital print processes is a plus but not required.
