What You’ll Do:
Build strong day-to-day relationships with members by managing open items, resolving issues, and delivering timely follow-ups.
Respond quickly and accurately to benefit and technology questions, ensuring confidence and trust in our services.
Proactively monitor administration processes to maintain accuracy and prevent downstream issues.
Ensure every member interaction leads to satisfaction—helping us consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores.
Take ownership of inquiries by phone or email and see them through to resolution.
Record and track all member communications for quality improvement and training.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams on a variety of projects and initiatives.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and technology.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to project work such as application field mapping, system testing, and more.
Identify opportunities to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy.
