Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to resolve challenging situations with finesse and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints, billing issues, and delinquent accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal/external resources to meet their needs.
  • Analyze issues to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
  • Provide timely assistance to customers via phone, email, and our online portal.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and process orders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Business or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software.
  • Experience with JD Edwards system preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
