Pay: $35–$40/hour + $2.50/hour night shift premium
Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunity
Schedule: AWS (Alternating Work Schedule) | 12-hour day or night shifts with rotating weekends

We're looking for a hands-on Controls & Automation Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated manufacturing equipment. If you enjoy solving complex problems and working with PLCs, robotics, and industrial controls, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Support robotics, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose root causes and improve equipment reliability.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production.

What You Bring

• Experience in industrial maintenance, controls, or automation.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Allen-Bradley PLC experience is a plus.
