Job Posting: Controller

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior financial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
