Job Description

Contract to Hire opportunity for a Controller/Accounting Manager with a very reputable contractor in Milwaukee that is looking for someone to lead their accounting team.  They are looking for someone to oversee and manage the accounting functions that can grow within their organization long term within their leadership team.  

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support the development and growth of the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
